We offer services for accepting personal bank checks for collection/encashment. Service is recommended for individuals working by contract for foreign companies. We accept any checks in convertible currency. There is an option to cash them out in currency of the presented check or in rubles as well.

You can get a check cashed after bank-emitter makes a routine authenticity check up procedure and if there is money on a person’s account (organization) who signed a check.

Payment terms for personal checks:

• up to 3 weeks for less than 500 US Dollars;
• up to 1,5 months for checks over 500 US Dollars.

You’ll need to complete the following order to qualify for service:

• Report to the deposit department of the bank (The “Tsentralny” Office). Passport or any ID is required.
• Fill out an application according to the model presented at the bank.
• Receive a document confirming a check transfer to the bank.
• You can get a check cashed after bank-emitter makes a routine authenticity check up procedure and if there is money on a person’s account (organization) who signed a check.
• Receive money at a coordinated with us time.

Service is provided according to the following bank fees:

Accepting checks for collection/encashment	Free-of-charge
Payment for accepted advised checks (for collection/encashment)	3%, min. 10 US Dollars, max. 200 US Dollars
Check return which is got accepted but remained unpaid by emitter	5 US Dollars+ commission of the bank-correspondent
