REGULAR BANK TRANSFER

  Forwarding can be carried out in both cases with an open current account or without it. We realize foreign currency transfers on amount up to 2000 US Dollars a day if the purpose is not connected with a commercial or invest activity and with acquiring property rights (financial aid, medical aid and education grants). Process takes from a couple of hours to 2-3 days depending on location and amount.

Transfers over 2000 US Dollars are made through Your current account according to the active legislation requirements of the Russian Federation.

Commission is raised according to the bank fees.

In order to send a transfer you should have:

• passport;
• document which confirms a legal origin of currency (certificate f.0406007 or the customs declaration);
• receiver’s name and address (in Latin writing);
• data elements of the bank which is going to pay a transfer, SWIFT-code;
• receiver’s account number (in the case if there is one).

  Receiving.  A money transfer places directly to the account if there is one. Otherwise you can get it in cash by presenting ID. Besides we make payments in rubles or foreign currency as well.

  In order to receive a transfer You will have to inform a sender with data elements of the bank:

THE “ANELIK” SYSTEM

Also we offer the International money remittances system “Anelik” (in rubles or US dollars).  The system is intended for individuals and doesn’t require account opening.

Advantages of system:

1. Cost of service:

• 1,5% - transfers within Russia;
• 3% - in other countries.

2. Time – from 3 hours.
3. Sender only has to put down a receiver’s full name.
4. Receiver doesn’t pay any costs.

In order to make a transfer You should have:

• passport;
• document which confirms a legal origin of currency (certificate f.0406007 or the customs declaration);
• a receiver’s full name.

To receive a transfer you have to have a passport with you and provide the bank worker with a code number.

“WESTERN UNION” SYSTEM

RELIABILITY

Over 130 years the “Western Union” System has been providing transfer services for Clients. Each transfer accompanies with a code number. It allows following the routine of making payments on time.

As soon as clients place a money transfer, we start the processing of orders and making payments. The “Western Union” Company uses the latest technology and its own unique computer line.  It allows making fast transfer payments in over 195 countries and different parts of the world.

CONVENIENCE

You don’t have to open account because there is an opportunity to send or receive money orders in one of 212 000 “Western Union” centers all over the world. Most of them are open for business during all week and all year round.  It makes it very convenient.

What needs to be done in order to send a money order:

1. Fill out an application “Application for sending money”.
2. Present an application, amount you’d like to send, ID and a commission fee to the bank operator.
3. The information of money transfer will be entered into the system.
4. After sending a transfer, you’ll get a copy of receipt and a code number.
5. Call a receiver and tell amount and a code number.

How to receive a money order:

1. Fill out an application “Application for receiving money”.  A sender’s name, amount, city and the country are required.
2. Present an application and ID to the bank operator.
3. The bank operator will give You money and a receipt.
