Terms of payment are set by the bank according to the Client’s abilities and concerns.
Interest rates are set by the Bank Administration and depend on time and billing amount. During bill circulation, rates remain fixed.
When it’s time to make a payment, a drawer of a bill at par has the amount marked on the bill and may earn a percentage as well (in the case of a percentage bill).
Bank papers are used for making payments to organizations and businesses for goods, services and finished projects.

Paying a bill
When a bill is due, present the bill with payment at any office of the bank. Payments may be transferred into the account or paid in cash. There is also an option to pay in advance.
